Shiksha Setu was born from a simple yet powerful idea: education should be a right, not a privilege. Founded in 2020 by a group of passionate educators and technologists, we recognized that millions of eager learners were being left behind due to financial constraints and lack of access to quality educational resources.

Our journey began in a small room with just three volunteers and a laptop. We started by creating basic computer literacy courses for students in nearby villages. The response was overwhelming. Students who had never touched a computer before were eagerly learning, asking questions, and dreaming bigger.

Starting with just a handful of volunteers and a small collection of courses, we've grown into a thriving community of learners, teachers, and supporters. Today, we reach thousands of students across 25 states in India, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to build brighter futures.

Every day, we witness the transformative power of education. From students in remote villages accessing their first computer course to working professionals upgrading their skills, from mothers learning English to support their children's education to young entrepreneurs starting their own businesses - Shiksha Setu is making a real difference in people's lives.
